Any hotels or motels close by?
I've been looking for a small camper or a pop up but no luck.

Hi, the closest hotels on the way to the event are in Clifton Park (Exit 9), Malta (Exit 12). From here it is about 45 min drive to CATRAland

Thanks, Jeff

Does that translate to I do not have to help sell off the unpurchased food at the end of Sunday....

In the past couple years when we were doing it we would run out of stuff.
Using vendors is one of the reasons we had to raise our parking request this year to $15/25 instead of 10/20 since last years.
Maybe we will go back to doing it ourselves after NYS drops back on all the covid rules

Online Entry is now Open for CATRA

https://www.netra.org/event/2021-jr-catra-black-fly/?instance_id=1538

Here is the link for pre-entry

If you forgot how fun this will be, then check out this Zach Attack Video from 2018 - the loop is pretty similar and same direction

I been checking some map quest directions from conn. and getting a lot of variations. Note the taconic is off limits to trailers. Any chance of a better address to zero in the GPS. Joe , danbury , conn. (203) 770-5614. Maybe will skip trailer and haul bike in back.

I've been making this drive for 20+ years now.. For you 84E to 91N to 90W to 787N to 87N to Exit 12... Exit 12 has food and gas if you need a pit stop before traveling another 40ish minutes to the track on some great upstate NY country roads.

Much easier and allot less miles would be to take I84W to just past the Newburgh, then take I87N and hang onto the wheel to about 20-25 miles north of Albany to exit12(Balston Spa),then follow directions on the flyer. As for gps try New Providence or Galway. As Tom said, nice country roads and good club(CATRA).I was making that trip from CT. for about a ten years.Stopping in Balston Spa for breakfast after the 3 1/2 hour ride on the interstate.Loved that place.

You can get a big rig on our property - but you need to follow the directions on the flyer, and follow the arrows, not GPS.

Thanks
