Just a suggestion, but maybe if we had an online way to Register new members and process renewals it would be quicker and less work for staff. You can get online membership software that would handle membership numbers and renewals pretty cheap and then you would have a database of all members and could send out renewals via e-mail. I would guess 90% of the members have some type of online connectivity.
