We have a 2011 ktm65 .. the chain adjuster that is inside the swing arm is broken ! Ive looked online but cannot find any parts. Is there anyway to fix this besides a new swing arm?

That is one of the trouble spots on KTM's. Aluminum threads and steel bolt. you may have to pull the swing arm to drill it out, then use a steel threaded insert to fix it. You will have to drill the swingarm with a larger bit and tap new larger threads. The insert will have (cuz you are gonna buy the correct one) the same threads on the inside as your existing adjuster bolt. Do both while you're at it.

Everybody else, put some Anti-Seize on those threads.

If the bolt is just broken off in the hole I can get that out for you with a left hand drill bit.
