So my son smashed his pipe up a bit ( big dent ) on his 2017 Husky TC 125. What's everyone doing for repair? Sending them out or popping them out yourselves? I thought Fusion 1 is a sponsor here at NETRA and I went on their website and tried to fill out the on line form they have but the bike year only went up to 2013. Are they still in business? I noticed they had no ad in the last Trailrider magazine I got.

I beleive fusion one is still going and the TC pipe should be no problem. The other one is Matt's welding.

Matts Welding in Westfield does an awesome job in Pipe repair and welding. Reduced Rate for any Netra Member.

There is a company in the UK that sells a kit with everything included that uses water to un-dent pipes. Not cheap for a occasional user but if you needed pipes un-dented a lot it has merit.

Fusion One is still a NETRA Sponsor. Send an email or give them a call. They do top notch work.

I wish I could report differently but our good friend, club member and pipe expert Matt passed away last month. Matt was an extremely helpful good Guy and will be missed by many people he came in contact with.

While searching the web for Matt's business I came across an obit, was really hoping it wasn't him. Talked to Bob and he didn't know either, so he contacted your brother and verified. Sucks. Please send my condolences.

i just dropped off 2 pipes at Fusion on Monday and they're already done.. sometimes same day.
he has upgraded O-rings in stock too (cuz i always forget mine were junk when i removed the pipe from the bike)

the pipes i've had done in the past fit back up like a stock pipe... which is amazing considering how banged up they were

We ended up shipping it out to Fusion 1 last Saturday, hoping he gets it back before the weekend. When we took it off we realized that it had gotten pushed hard enough to be out of alignment, and also had a small hole in it. Have heard nothing but good reports about Fusion 1 so fingers crossed.

Make sure you tell Joe at Fusion One that you saw his ad in the NETRA News!

My son filled out some info from the Fusion 1 website and it asked how we found out about them so my son wrote NETRA news and Trailrider magazine.

I highly recommend Fusion1 pipe repair. The 2T pipe I sent them was smashed completely flat and creased badly from a near head-on collision with a quad. I brought the pipe to a club meeting and we all laughed about sending it to a pipe repair service as a cruel joke. So it was dropped off and picked up at Fusion 1 by another club member.

I went out and purchased another pipe knowing that one was scrap metal.

At the next club meeting we saw a pipe that looked great and nobody could believe it was the same pipe!

So we got the pipe back from Joe at Fusion 1 ( little confusion on the shipping that was my son's fault) and beautiful job! Everything lined up easy as can be. Highly recommend Fusion 1!
